Village Hall Hire Fees

The normal cost of hiring the hall for a private function is £10 per hour. This rate applies to all bookings - village residents and visitors to Leafield. FROM APRIL 1st 2017 the cost of hiring the hall will be £11 per hour for everyone. Please refer to the Booking Clerk for Prices.
Deposit – a refundable deposit of 50% of the hire is required on booking. It is refunded after your event, subject to your fulfilling the Hire Agreement and leaving the Hall as you found it. If the Hall requires further cleaning after your event, some or all of your deposit will be retained.
Alcohol – if you are selling alcohol at a function, licensing rules apply. Please refer to the booking clerk for further details.
Regular hirings of at least 6 weeks or more
The regular hiring charge use of the hall for six weeks or more is £9 per hour for villagers, £10 per hour for non-village or commercial hirers.
Hire Charges were set on January 1st 2013. PLEASE NOTE THAT NEW CHARGES WILL APPLY FROM APRIL 1st 2017.
